1/ Discover Scuba Diving
Learn to dive with Natiyabel
Have you have always wondered what it is like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but are not ready to undergo a certification course, the experience of ‘Discover Scuba Diving’ or ‘First Dive’ is for you.
Natiyabel Dive Center offers this program either on the beach or from a dive boat. Although this is not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
What you will learn:
During the course you will learn the basic safety principles and skills required to dive under the direct supervision of your PADI instructor. You will examine the dive gear you use to dive and learn how easy it is to move underwater with your gear. Then you will make your first dive in open water, where you will be able to practice some extra skills in shallow waters and, slowly, your way, if you are comfortable, to a maximum depth of 40 feet.
Requirements: To register for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years of age. No prior dive experience is required, but as with all diving courses, you must be physically healthy. There are two minimum requirements for all Discover Scuba Diving courses.
‘Discover scuba diving’ could be 1 sided dive and 2 boat scuba dives. After learning the basic safety guidelines, skills and a sided diving, you and your instructor will go for your first dive boat. After making your first dive with your instructor, you will have a one-hour surface interval to relax and discuss your experience before jumping for a second dive. You can have your second dive the same day.
2/ Open Water Diver

The Open Water Diver / Junior Open Water Diver course is the most recognized and respected rating in the world. It allows you to understand the fundamentals of scuba diving, including diving equipment and underwater techniques.
Taking the Open Water Diver course is the first step to becoming a certified and recreational diver. PADI Open Water Diver courses consist of four main phases:
- Academic : development of knowledge to understand the basic principles of scuba diving. Natiyabel can order e-book even before you come to the dive center.
- Equipment: you learn how to use basic gear including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control and tank.
- Shallow water training : When you are equipped with your dive gear, you can begin your workout in confined water. Your instructor will practice the techniques you learned in the academic program. Your training dives will be recorded and approved by your instructor before going into open water.
- Diving Open Water : Prepare to discover everything you have learned with the freedom of free water. Once your four open water dives are approved by your instructor, you will be an accredited diver.
3/ Adventure Diver
The Adventure Diver course is a subset of the Advanced Open Water Diver Course. Have you always wanted to try digital underwater photography, fish identification or dry suit diving? There’s a long list of scuba adventures you can take part in during this program. Complete three Adventure Dives and you earn the Adventure Diver certification.
4/ Advanced Open Water Diver
Designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after earning your Open Water Diver certification. This course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives.
5/ Rescue Diver
learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed. During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature.
